Esta caracter\u00edstica aport\u00f3 en el \u00faltimo cuarto del siglo pasado una gran prosperidad econ\u00f3mica pasando de un municipio dependiendo del sector agr\u00edcola y ganadero al sector de la construcci\u00f3n y del turismo. Con pocos ejemplos de arquitectura sustituida, sus edificaciones se han mantenido en el tiempo. La textura de los viales estar\u00e1 alineada con las distintas edificaciones y sus divergencias. El resto de texturas: rejas, tapas, juntas, mobiliario y alumbrado ser\u00e1n de hierro envejecido.
