Esta caracter\u00edstica es fruto del crecimiento de los a\u00f1os &#8217;80 para marcharse del interior de Girona. Nuestra voluntad es crear interferencias entre la vivienda y el entorno inmediato sin perder el aspecto compacto de la ciudad compacta. La edificaci\u00f3n se divide en 5 zonas diferenciadas: un acceso amplio y generoso apropi\u00e1ndose de parte del jard\u00edn conduce a una zona de d\u00eda con sala y cocina. La \u00faltima parte se convierte en la parte superior de la vivienda y concluye toda la edificaci\u00f3n con un peque\u00f1o volumen. <\/p>\n<p>Las fachadas son sencillas y ordenadas. Proyectado por el arquitecto A.Bonaterra e inaugurado en 1971 en el mismo lugar donde hab\u00eda un edificio modernista del arquitecto figuerense Josep Azemar. Con una posici\u00f3n discreta, en esquina su fachada es neo-racionalista. De l\u00edneas simples y ordenadas se ofrece en la Rambla. Su particularidad son los relieves efectuados por el artista F. Desgraciadamente la mayorarioa de ellos no estaban pensados \u200b\u200bpara el cambio tan vertiginoso de nuestro tiempo. La estructura actual queda distribuida con grandes luces. Esta particularidad no ha podido absorber todos los cambios temporales y en las diferentes din\u00e1micas y produzca factores de riesgo de cargas. A los pies de la monta\u00f1a del Montseny, se cruzan dos v\u00edas de conexi\u00f3n importantes: un eje norte-sur de la NII y otro eje que conecta la zona de Blanes-Lloret y Tordera con la zona m\u00e1s interior de la Selva. Por tanto, no es de extra\u00f1ar que sea un punto de encuentro o parada. La piscina, de tama\u00f1o peque\u00f1o-medio, se quiere aprovechar para dar relaci\u00f3n al jard\u00edn y al espacio de ocio de la parcela. La piscina se sit\u00faa en el jard\u00edn lateral del solar del edificio, que se caracteriza por tener una fuerte pendiente, de aproximadamente un 30%. Para vestir la zona en la que se ubica la piscina se plantean una serie de elementos que conforman el conjunto del espacio exterior de la vivienda. El primero de nueva creaci\u00f3n y el segundo con una ampliaci\u00f3n efectuada hace 5 a\u00f1os dot\u00e1ndole de nuevas aulas y de un nuevo acceso. <\/p>\n<p>El proyecto debe dar respuesta a una nueva fase para dotar a la infraestructura de un nuevo servicio de restauraci\u00f3n.
